An insightful and detailed guide on the use of steroids and anabolics

[[VIDEOID:6ca1aab158f491bba76d018aeb2f481c]] As an avid pursuer of proper aesthetic results and a more capable physical ability, I purchased this book in the hopes that it could illuminate me on the varying aspects of steroids and their impact on my body's growth. From the beginning it was obvious that the author was an authority on the subject; his descriptions are well described and without complications or fluff. I thoroughly enjoyed the introductory writing and found the information on the negative feedback loop and side effect descriptions very enlightening. Also, the information on injections and syringes was indispensable. Just reading those first few pages provided me elucidating information that has increased my knowledge on steroids exponentially.

From there, the author breaks down the different types of steroids, hormones, and anabolics that are readily on the market. He succinctly describes the benefits, details, and possible downsides of each option in a way that provided me the exacting clarity that I needed in order to choose which product was best for me. The additional info on anti-estrogen items that are to be used was worth the price of the book alone: They let me know what I needed to utilize in tandem with my chosen steroid. From HCG and D-Bol all the way to insulin and the best products necessary for cutting weight, there is nothing left out of this all-inclusive guide. If you're looking to be fully informed about steroids and all the other products that coincide with it, you can't do better than this. I've no doubt that it is going to remain a reference in my personal library for a very long time to come.

Dollar per dollar, there is no better way to acquire all the vital information needed to use steroids safely and effectively. This book answers all the questions. It comprehensively covers all. It is a thorough reference guide. It was a brilliant idea to keep the book short, nice and simple. My advice to steroid users and the just curious is you will not find a cheaper and more comprehensive book on steroids. I wasted lots of money buying bad books but this one is great.

This book is very direct. Before I even got into the steroids reference part I learnt all about the whole theory and practice of steroids, for instance anabolic and androgenic effects, alcohol and steroids, negative feedback loop (particularly useful), estrogen levels, water retention, sexual overstimulation, intramuscular and intravenous, how to measure or dose, where to get your syringes, how to inject, and which ones are better.
Then you get 27 detailed steroids and bodybuilding drugs described in a very efficient manner:

You Can Not Make This Stuff Up

This is an excellent piece of qualitative research and I use it as an example in my research class. As other writers have noted this book is entertaining and fun. Also, it demonstrates how a researcher uses snowball sampling to find individuals who may otherwise be reluctant to admit to others that they are engaging in some kind of behavior which society considers immoral or which is outright illegal. Research does not have to be dull and good qualitative research reads as well as the best fiction.

This is first rate ethnography that is well-written, insightful, and entertaining. Yes, I said entertaining, as in a good read. Fascinating book that will really make you think about what lies behind criminal decision-making . . . highly recommend it.

Laughed my ass off and then thought about it.

I spent three years being bored to points beyond death in law school, but this book was something all together different. The fact that it was written at all is impressive. You read about the inner city in the papers, but this book takes you there, and not just into the slum, but into the heads of the dregs of society. The logic expressed by the subjects of this book is so radically foreign to those of us in textbook America. Take a chance and look into the underclass. Oops, I used the class-word. I know we don't have those in this country, but this book may make you think. I only wish Pat Buchanan could meet some of these guys.

The book I would write if I had more talent, if I weren't so disorganized and if I were not such a lazy person.

This book is the reason I support indie authors who self publish on Amazon. Yes, granted, I have paid for a lot of poorly written, half baked ideas with little to no editing...I do this because partly because I want the author to know that maybe I liked his concept for a story, or I actually do like his half baked idea. Mostly I do it for same reason that the same crazy looking people always come to my house every time I have a garage sale. That one time...that one Elvis commerative plate that they paid 50¢ for that turned out to be worth $100, that one great find that nobody was aware of.

This is one of those books for me.

This author has written a sci-fi story that contains several things that make it great. First, a believeable, likeable protagonist. Second, a great cast of fleshed out, supporting characters that you feel like contribute to the story. Third, the author manages to write the plot of a story that progresses in a believable, awesome fashion despite its futuristic setting. Easier said than done. Lastly, this author writes combat, and hand to hand violence in a really gripping fashion in a way that not a lot of authors are capable of doing. It's intense, real and most importantly, authentic.

Worth it....Trust me....a random guy on the Internet...trust me anyway...

Highly entertaining.

Elliott Kay is a very witty man.

Having read him before, I already knew this, of course. But it was quickly reinforced in the first three dozen pages - Elliott Kay is a very witty man.

Poor Man's Fight is a fairly quick read and the story is fairly fast-paced. The major players are revealed quickly and gracefully, and the major conflicts are neatly foreshadowed in the first few chapters. By the finish, you'll realize that you've just elegantly wrapped up a dozen plot threads you hadn't quite realized were there. A very well-crafted, highly entertaining story. It took a day of my life, and I was happy to give it.

Dialogue is probably Kay's strongest point. Characters banter and chatter, and it feels natural. They commiserate. They argue. They fight. And by the end, you know them. Especially Malone, who - while not always *likable* - is immensely human. Even when he's knee-deep in blood.

If you like military sci-fi and are a person with $2.99 (plus tax, if applicable), you should purchase this book immediately.

Enjoyable book

I picked up this book based simply on amazons recommendations based on my reading habits. Unfortunately this does not always work out, but this time it was simply fabulous. Superb editing, if there were any flaws or mistakes I did not even see them. The story was fun, action packed and the scenes were set up in a way that made it all seem within the realm of possibility.

I stopped reading this book halfway through to see if there were any other books by this author. I bought the only other book and then finished up Poor Man's Fight. I will be recommending this book to friends and truly hope the author gets a sequel out soon. Unlikely due to when this was published but I can hope.

Read it, you will be glad you did.

It's only been a few months since an American citizen was hacked to death by a machete in Bangkok by a taxi driver due to an argument over a fare. It was a diabolical and tragic attack that was caught on CCTV; I have seen the footage and it was appalling. The man was the sole breadwinner for his young family, and they have been left bereft by this tragedy. Thailand travel guides don't tell you just quite how serious a problem the taxi operators are in the country.

A tourist was beaten to a pulp and dumped on wasteland for not paying an extortionate bill of 30,000 baht to a bar owner. Extortion is the word, and violence and intimidation always lie behind the Thailand sex trade.

The list goes on and on, examples of people being fleeced of every penny of their life savings, and even murdered. If you are interested in retiring to Thailand or merely in Thailand living, this book is an essential guide through the myriad traps awaiting you.

Anyone that knows Thailand well knows that I'm merely pointing out some scams which are common knowledge - to we that know Thailand well. If you don't know Thailand well - then you have a choice. Ignore the book, and suffer the consequences, or educate yourself and get ahead of the game. I know you can read a free sample of the book, and I chose to put the Jet Ski scam and gem scams first, so that even those people who did not go forward and purchase the rest of the book, would be aware of these most notorious, and ridiculous of scams. The Jet Ski scam is horrendous - and can degenerate into violence. The gem scam is not on the same level, but they can also result in serious inconvenience and cost. So if you read the sample, and don't read the book, I'm cool with that. Someone, somewhere, will be lying on a beach watching the Jet Skis cruising the waves, and will say to themselves - "I'm not getting on one of them, The Blether says they are trouble," and that will suit me fine. That's one in the Karma bank for me - and the same will go for anyone that sidesteps the gem scam due to what I say in the free sample. Great. After the free sample, there are another 48 scams listed - I go straight into the taxi scams, a deeply irritating and troublesome issue, and on. Some of the scams will not befall you - as a tourist you won't get involved in things such as the "Music Police," scam.  However, the book is not aimed entirely at tourists. It's also aimed at people looking to retire to, or relocate to the country. I don't just tell you the scam, I explain the method, and how to avoid it. There's even one scam where I put my hands up and admit it's hard to sidestep.  In fact, there's even a couple of scams in the book where I point out that what starts out as an act of generosity degenerates into an act of folly. The "child abuse," scam is one of them. The "child abuse," scam is a perfect example of criminal Thais playing upon the gullibility of tourists. Once you realize what's going on, you would never, ever encourage it by "donating." People going on vacation will learn a lot quickly in this book - people looking to relocate to Thailand will learn even more. It's a crash course in what to avoid - and if you avoid even a singular scam or scenario as explained in the book, you will save far more than the cover price. It's a no-brainer - download the book now and get way ahead of the game.

Awesome book on Thailand scams

I'm usually pretty gullible, so I try to read as many books on scams as I can. This one is by far the best book on scams that I've ever read. I expected that there would be one or two scams that are specific to Thailand, and the rest were just general, worldwide scams. But, I was pleasantly surprised that each scam is very specific to Thailand. Also, I liked how the book didn't taper off toward the end, because each of the 50 are outlined in great detail.

The very first one is don't ever rent jet skis in Thailand. I won't spoil the other ones, because you really should get this book. Even though it's very specific to Thailand, it gives some good advice on avoiding any kind of worldwide schemes or cons. So, I recommend this book to everyone, especially travelers or people interested in Thailand.

A very useful guide to not getting ripped off in Thailand

I uncovered many of these through net research but there were many in this compendium that I was not aware of. If you intend to spend more than a day in Thailand, the 99 cents you've spent on this booklet could potentially save you thousands depending upon the scam.

A potential holiday in hell.

This is one of many books I have read by this author and others. I particularly liked his matter of fact style, and
no nonsense approach to some of the horrific scams which could befall virtually any tourist enjoying a vacation in "paradise". Many of the traps described are especially targeted towards young naive Western guys
who mistakenly believe they are invincible, smart and street wise. Until they too get caught up in a financial
mess. Alone in a foreign land where not even the police can protect you is particularly horrific, as they are
usually part of the scam and regularly and routinely pocket their share. Many of the bar scams and overpriced
drinks are normal in many countries, and usually require a simple knowledge of how these Thai women
operate; flattery gets them everywhere in many cases. Unfortunately, some guys will never learn to give these
parasites a wide berth. However, the worst examples for losing all your money are the unsuspecting
property buyers who surely will think twice about doing business in such a country. Finally, the fact that
the police can routinely plant drugs on your person bags or car, and then threaten you with imprisonment unless you pay an enormous fine. And nobody to prove your innocence. I wonder how many tourists can ignore these devestating crimes and happily jet off to some wonderful island, no longer blissfully unaware of the tragic situations that may befall you.

White organises and elucidates debates about equality to create an extremely readable and deeply thoughtful book. He even manages to leave the reader on a cautiously optimistic note about the future of equality! Definitely the best introduction to egalitarian thought around.
