Beautiful Book with excellent content.

After visiting the Amalfi coast for over 28 years, this is one of the best books based on Italian cooking.
The photos in the book are beautiful and from all the recipes I have cooked so far have tasted authentic and are local to the area.
Some of the recipes aren't that simple, but well worth the effort.
Highly recommend the gnocchi, puttanesca and Mimosa.

A great cook good for goods and recipes from the Almalfi ...

After our trip to the Almalfi Coast last month I wanted a cookbook that depicted the feeling and flavor that we experience while there. This book is a wonderful representation of the sights and foods of this spectacular area of Italy. They are great recipes that can be made here in the States. If you are yearning for the Coast enjoy this book.

As we had visited the Amalfi Coast together earlier this year, I recently bought this book for my daughter as a gift. She found the recipe for her favorite dessert from our trip was included in the marvelous collection of recipes! Beautiful pictures reminded us of our vacation. A must buy!! I chose this book over the other famous one....
